How to Clear Your Mind When You’re Always Busy

I know you’re working hard at whatever you’re doing. Whether you’re busy at work, trying to start a new project or have family commitments. And whilst it’s important to give it your all into the work you do it’s also important to take care of your health.

Whilst I’m someone who works out regularly for my physical health, I often neglect the mental side of the equation. When you’re working at 100mph checking in with yourself is crucial for longevity. Our minds often get cluttered with all the stresses we pick up daily, so engaging in practices that help clear the mind is necessary.

But in the last few months, I’ve experimented with different methods to keep my mind healthy and ready to deal with a busy schedule. And I can tell you that so far it’s working.

1. Discovering the Magic of Nature
